It's so hard to know what to say at a time like this. I always appreciated Terry's candor and honesty. She was a true leader and will be sorely missed.

When I first met Terry was August 1989 when she hired me for my first "real" job at 18 years old. Shortly thereafter she calls me to have a meeting with her and she said to me, "I think you have great potential, but if you ever want to be taken seriously, you have to know your worth and demand respect"...I never forgot that and it has been with me all these years. She was the beginning of my blessings

It has been many years since I have had contact with Terry. She was a true life force full of energy and focus for the years she contributed to the success of CIC. Terry had great knowledge, was a quick learner and figured a way to accomplish the goal.
Over the years, as Terry pursued other interests vocationally, I knew that she would provide energy and passion to whatever job she did.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family. It

Family,
This is still very shocking but wanted to let you know what a nice memorial service it was. Terry was such a life force and really made everyone step up to the plate and do their best. I admired and respected the most of anyone I have ever worked with; she was the number one person on everyone's list if anyone started a company. Her sense of humor and candidness will always be remembered. I will miss her so much.

Terry, Terry, Terry...what is up with this....that's what I wanted to say yesterday, at your memorial service. Because of who you are, and what you have done for so many people...it's hard to believe and comprehend that you left so suddenly. I've read, and I listened to all the fond memories that so many shared about you...does it surprise me..no! You were a born leader, all the girls from SMA that attended the service..and those that were not able to

Terry, where do I start? Where do I begin? You were an amazing person who was always there for our family. You were always happy and had a song and dance for everything. On so many ocassions you were the first one to offer help when we were in need. You will greatly be missed at the family gatherings and holidays. I will always treasure our trips to Gatlinburg. You have encouraged me to step outside the box. As we

The world is a darker, sadder place today with the loss of Terry in our lives. She touched everyone she met with her laughter, enthusiasm, can-do attitude and passion for life. She was a natural born teacher and leader who taught us so much and everyone who knew her is a better person because of her!
I worked with Terry for 10 years on buiding the 1-800 Medicare call centers. She was the champion of all Medicare beneficiaries and made

What is there to say that has not been said many times? Terry was an amazing woman who was certainly admired greatly and deeply respected. I was fortunate enough to have worked with her at CIC and unfortunate enough to be in line of fire for standing on a chair one day...ha ha, I know now what I knew then : Safety First !! and Terry was certainly the person to keep all of us in line with that. I
