My deepest condolences. I was saddened to hear the news and my heart goes out to the family. I pray that God will comfort and sustain you. When I think of Terrell, the things I remember the most are that he was always smiling and his love for his l wife and daughter. He is dearly missed.

I have been hit by several people wanting to know about Terrell's death over the past few days on the internet. I had to explain that I had not seen or talked to my old friend in over a dozen years. Life tends to to get in the way of relationships and this was no exception. I was also unable to attend the funeral, for which I am truly sorry, but it was unavoidable.

Though my heart is breaking at the news of Terrell's passing, I know that it can't compare to the grief that you, the family, must be feeling right now. I would like to apologize to all of you for not attending the funeral service for Terrell, but I did not find out until after it was over. Coming from a small community like Oakman affords you the benefit of really knowing the people around you. I am quite fortunate to

A properly cut round diamond has 58 facets to show its fire or brilliance. Terrell, all the excelence found in the facets of your life gave that diamond a run for its money.

Loving son, husband, and father come immediately to mind. Your excellence in leisure pursuits was unparalleled. I can't even begin to list your professional accomplishments. My personal favorite among the many aspects of your life was "best friend." The light in my life is visibly dimmed with

My Heart Saddened as I read a message ,from a friend , asking me if this was the Terrell we graduated with. I was just remenissing of the friendship I shared with him in high School. He was such a Intellegent, amusing and caring person. I knew Terrell had a Heart of Gold for whatever he ventured in his future.
My Thoughts and Prayers are with the Herzig Family.

Rest in Peace my fellow friend,

Terrell was a good man who loved his family. He had a brilliant mind and a generous soul. I was lucky enough to be counted among his many friends and his passing has left a hole in my heart. To the surviving Herzigs: you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you for sharing him with the rest of us! May the peace and comfort of God's presence envelop you at this most difficult time.

Terrell will be greatly missed. I had the opportunity to be his student in graduate school and the pleasure of working with him later on in life. I pray for his wife and children that god gives them strength through this difficult time.
