Nancy and Jim often visited my bookshop, and there the friendship began. She had a magical sense of humor, and anyone who met her immediately warmed up to her. We giggled over her many stories for she was a great story teller and often found humor in everyday life. She and Jim had a romance you seldom see. For my 50th birthday she gave me a painting that I will always treasure. She will alwys be what I affectionately call "the Queen Goddess".

Mom, it has been 5 months today since I said goodbye to you, it fees like yesterday. I don't feel much like celebrating Christmas this year, but know you would tell me to "put on a happy smile" and do it for the ones around me, so I will try..love you and truly miss you and Dad so much.

I am so very sad to learn of Nancy's passing. She and I were in a meditation class together a few years back. There were 4 of us and our teacher, Sandy. Nancy was a beautiful soul, but sadly I lost touch. I have thought of her often. She was of great help to me in terms of personal growth. I just decided to try again to find her, but here is her obituary. Know that her love for her

My dear Nancy,
I was so sorry to hear about your passing but I know you are in a much better place and reunited with Jim. I have missed you in my life lately and wish we could have spent more time together. Life is so complicated and yet unique. I will always remember your strength and your faith my friend. Love you and miss you, Claudia........til we meet again!
