John and I worked together for Unitrode in Watertown and Salem, great memories of a good man. Sometimes when one does a Google search for a long remembered friend, it is too late. I will remember his for a long time.

God Bless,

Bernie MacDonald

Michele & John

Sorry to hear about your father's passing. He and I had many wonderful conversations at the fence. He was always there when we needed someone in a pinch to check on mom. After every snowstorm without fail,he always cleaned off my mom's front walk without ever asking him. He was a wonderful neighbor, mentor and family man.

As friends of Michele and Christina's, we know how much the family cared for John.

We are very sorry to hear of their loss but trust that there are an abundance of fond memories that help in these trying times.

Mary Alice and Siblings: John and I were classmates in the early years when you lived a mile north of the church and school at St. mary's. He visited my family and I at some point when he was with NY Life, and had a chance to visit. What a small world !!! Our condolences to you and family, but also best wishs to all in the future
Sincerely: Maurice and wife Vernita Schmitz

Uncle John never failed to smile at me whenever I would greet him-nomatter what time of day-and say, "Well, God Bless You!" whenever we would part. I now have quoted his departing blessing to thousands of those people who come to see me at my office. Uncle John's example of sending me off with a blessing will continue its ripple FOREVER. I so love him and am grateful for the love he has shown to me and my family so

What memories came back when I heard of John's passing. The Sunday dinners shared by our families, and all the good times. Bill's wife called me yesterday with the news, chuckling over the last time John came to visit Bill. The fun those two had !! May God bless all of you as he welcomes John home.

John was both intelligent and well read; well versed in politics, economics, and the basic skills necessary for survival on any level. His deep faith, confidence and inner strength were acquired while growing up in America's heartland and while serving his country with an artillery battalion in Korea.
As close friends with John, Jeannine, and his family, we were able to celebrate many Christmas eves and birthdays together over the years. For those of us who were privileged
