Donald Wayne Lavergne, a resident of Watson, died on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was 57. Visitation will be held at The Freedom Church, Livingston, on Saturday, August 4, 2012 from 9:00am until 11:30am. Pastor Bud Plake will conduct memorial services at 11:30am. He is survived by wife of thirty-nine years, Jan Lavergne, two daughters, Lori Jones and husband Britt, and Kahni Maurello and husband Chad, four grandchildren, Blake and Brooke Jones, and Cory and Karli Maurello, two brothers, Daniel Lavergne and Warren Lavergne and two sisters, Eva LeBlanc and Jody Rabalais. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Genevieve Lavergne, and two brothers, Joe Allen Lavergne and Dave Lavergne.
