I am so sorry to hear of Kenny's passing. I worked with him for many years. We bonded over my esteemed regard for his late grandfather Clive Morris. Kenny was the most devoted grandson I have ever known.

Kenny loved his family. He raved about his wife Sarah and beloved son Michael on almost a daily basis. Occasionally, Kenny and I would run into each other at Hanahan Elementary walking our sons to class. I will surely miss his smiling face.

Kenny and Sarah have been helpful to me and my family many times and was always there if you needed them. Our children played together alot. If you called on Kenny you did not have to wait long. Tim worked with Kenny for a while and always considered Kenny a good friend.

As a family man it did not take long after meeting Kenny to know that this man loved his family. They were his life and he protected and cared for them with all he had.

Kenny, we will miss you. We have been so saddened by the loss of you in our lives and this neighborhood has lost one of it's best citizens. God speed brother.

I remember going to visit him when we moved from Hanahan to Goose Creek. I remember birthday parties, video games, and him loving his grandfather and fishing! I have other memories as well. He was always making people laugh and smiling. It was contagious!

At my wedding reception in 1996, my maid-of-honor held up a brown paper bag and said that all the guys who had a key to my house should give the key up -- because I tied the knot and was finally off the market. Kenny was the lone guy with a key. Everyone was laughing their guts out, mostly because I was purple with embarrassment!

Because of life, school, jobs, and moving to Texas for a while, I lost touch with him. On June 27th, 2004, the day that I got home from the hospital after having my daughter, my Mother showed me an email from Anna. It was a picture of Kenny, Sarah, and their beautiful baby boy Michael. Imagine my surprise because I didn't know he was married or that they were expecting! I was so happy for them! They had Michael not to long before I had Faith- and here is the kicker. Faith loves Mikey and Mikey loves Faith! They are good friends.

Faith and Michael both go to school together. They've been through School, Field Trips, T-Ball, Vacation Bible School, and Birthday Parties. Just brought back another memory ;-) I have a picture of Michael sitting on a swing at Cypress Gardens with 3 girls. He is laid back with his arms at his neck- and Shatorri, Sunny, and Faith are surrounding him. I was laughing so hard when I took that picture because he reminded me of Kenny then and there! That is the picture I chose to attach.

Though Kenny was loved & will be missed greatly- he has gone to heaven with his beloved grandparents and singing praises to God! Anna, Sarah and Michael are still here and need everyone to rally around them. Losing a loved one is devastating. For me, seeing Anna without her son- Sarah without her husband- and Michael without his father is the hardest thing to deal with.

I love all three of you- and pray that God sends His comfort your way. To deal with this seems insurmountable, but with Christ all things are possible and He never gives us more than we can handle. He holds us up and though we may bend, He will never let us break. I hate the situation, but I know that it will make you all stronger in your faith, because when tragedy strikes, we pull closer to God. Call on Him. He is there. He is hearing your prayers, and though we do not know the big picture, Jesus does. He conquered death- and He will pull you all through. May you all find peace in God's presence, healing in His Word, and rest in His Love.

Kenny was like a son to me when him and my daughter were crazy teenagers . He was precious and will be missed greatly. I am very sorry for your loss.

My heart and prayers are lifted for his family at this time. May you find comfort in the memories Kenny lift you with, the jokes and laughter and that smile that made you smile back at him.

Kenny touched the lives of everyone who knew him, and more often than not, it was to bring a smile. We were all blessed to have known him. My condolences go out to the family for your loss. My God bring you peace during your pain.
