Memories & Candles
Hi Beth and Tom, I just found out that Shirley had passed. My sympathies to you and your families. Shirley was very interested in our family genealogy, and provided me with information and photos during the early 2000's to help with the Wolf family tree I have compiled. Tom, I believe the last time I saw you was in 1963 at Great Grandma Wolf's Funeral.
If either of you have any interest in the family tree, I would be happy to get in touch with you.

I just wanted to say how I loved your mother. She was one of my first heroes in Sweet Adelines. I served on the Regional Board with her and was at her home many times. She was so giving, friendly and a "beautiful smile." I'm so glad I got this message on Facebook. She will live on in my memory.

Dear Beth and Family,
Shirley was a lovely talented lady and a good mom. I know you will all miss her but will have good memories to help the loss.
Best wishes,
Kathy

What a special lady Shirley was! She was my best Sweet Adeline friend for so many years, plus she taught me a lot of things about sewing. I so appreciated everything she did for me and all that I learned from her. She was always smiling and ready to help anyone who needed it. My condolences to all of you in your loss.

Shirley knew how to BE a friend, ergo she had many. I'm proud to have been one for 50 years. We never really sang together but she opened her home to
a rehearsal of my quartet. The CHORDSTATERS was comprised of members
from Kansas City, Rockport and Vinton Iowa. Her home was an intermediate
meeting place to rehearse. What a great hostess she was, and what a great
friend. I will truly miss her and I grieve for you Beth and Tom because you
will miss her the most.
