Patty and Family,

So sorry to hear about Richard's death. Logan still talks about Richard showing him the farm and the how differant farming is from Idaho. Logan always wanted to come back and visit again but it seems time gets away from us. We both remember how well you treated us and the wonderful meal you fixed us while we were there. God bless you and help you through your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

We are so sorry to learn the passing of Richard. Even though we lived so far apart, was always great to know we had family in Iowa and to call him an Uncle. Marilyn truly loved her brother. We are thinking of you in this difficult time. With love, Bob Anderson and family. (Idaho)

I always enjoyed my " chats" with Richard. I often took walks down the dirt road when we lived out on the farm. Richard would stop and visit with me. We would talk about whatever was on our mind. Other people might have just drove on by, but Richard always had time for his neighbors. I knew he was always a person you could depend on.

Rich and I attended Audubon High School together and pulled many
pranks together as we enjoyed school.

When Rich worked in road construction he would visit us in California
during the winter months and enjoyed playing with our daughter.
Susan. We enjoyed his company and did a lot of sightseeing over
a three-year period.

We were certainly very happy when Rich married Patty and they
became Iowa farmers and parents.

We visited back and forth over the years when we lived in Virginia
and then in Audubon. Many of
