I did not know the man Michael had become. I only knew him as I was growing up on Mt. Vernon. It sounds like he made a beautiful life for himself and his family. To the family, I'm so sorry to here of his passing. May God wrap his arms around you all.

I would like to give my condolences to the family. While I never had the honor of meeting Michael, I do know his nephew (Godson) Bryan, and had the honor of meeting his sister Cindy once. I know the pain of loss, but I also know the strength of faith. Our Father has called Michael home to watch over us from above. I hope his family can take comfort in the fact that he is now in a place where there is no pain or suffering, only joy. My prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Good man! He was always friendly and upbeat even in the negative environment he worked in. Was one of the best guys at Lincoln Hills School!

Always a nice guy and was really liked by the youth. Was fair and treated the youth with respect! They in turn, respected Mike. I never heard him say a bad word about anybody! He will be missed!
