Alan L. Impicciche, 52, of Zionsville, died April 23, 2012. Alan was born February 21, 1960 in Crawfordsville, IN to Albert and Juanita Lay Impicciche. Mr. Impicciche attended Wabash College and graduated from Indiana State University. He worked at Naval Avionics from 1982 until 1995 when he began his career with Eli Lilly and Co. At Lilly, Alan enjoyed much success most recently in the role of Manager, Data Solutions, and Global Data Delivery.
Alan will be forever remembered for his love of golf which was only surpassed by his love of family. It was no surprise that he was able to combine both of his loves and share his passion for golf with his children, Maria and Michael, who too are accomplished golfers. Although his earthly life is now completed, Alan's zest for life and his legacy will continue in the lives of all he touched!
Mr. Impicciche is survived by his wife, Dr. Ann Adinamis Impicciche; his children, Maria and Michael Impicciche; his parents, Albert and Juanita Lay Impicciche of Crawfordsville. Also surviving are his brothers, Joseph Impicciche (Tammy) of Chesterfield, MO and Frank Impicciche (Susan Wolf) of Indianapolis; his nieces, Andrea, Kelsey, and Clare Impicciche; and his nephew, Christopher Impicciche.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm, Thursday, April 26, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan –Zionsville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 am, Friday, April 27, 2012 at St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church, 1870 W. Oak St., Zionsville; burial will follow at Zionsville Cemetery.
In Lieu of Flowers, contributions may be made in Alan's memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 941 E. 86th St., Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240.
