Ann was born on July 1, 1949 and passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2012.
Ann was a resident of Florence, Alabama at the time of her passing.
She is survived by her husband Mike.
The family will receive friends Monday, July 23, 2012, from 6-8PM at Elkins Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 24, 2012, 10 AM at Elkins Funeral Home Chapel, with Jason Moore officiating, and burial will follow at Greenview Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association.
