Bracy Hans Hammond was born October 28, 1991 in Des Moines, Iowa to Bracy Hammond & Jane Hammond (Belluchi). Bracy attended school in Des Moines through 6th grade at which time the family moved to Lacona. He graduated with the Melcher-Dallas High School Class of 2010. In his spare time he enjoyed watching movies, fishing, camping, video games and hanging out with his friends and his family. Little B always had a smile on his face and loved to laugh. He went turkey hunting with his Dad and his 1st time out he got his trophy bird. He never let his dad forget he got the biggest bird! He will be remembered for the smile on his face and the twinkle in his eyes. Bracy passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2011 in an automobile accident at the age of 20 years and 20 days. Those left to cherish his memory include his parents Bracy & Kelly Hammond and Jane Belluchi; brother, Nathan; sisters, Nikki, Kjersten, Amber & Hanna, nieces, Jeri, Bella, Aidan and Arianna. Also left to his memory are his grandparents, Nancy Belluchi, Bill Hammond, Carl & Alice Clopton and many uncles, aunts, cousins and a multitude of friends. Little B was preceeded in death by his grandmother, Karen Hammond and grandfather, Gerald Belluchi. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 25, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. with a time of fellowship after the service until 6:00 p.m. at the Hartford Community United Presbyterian Church, Hartford, IA. Memorials can be made to the family.
