Frederick 'Fred' Becker Jr, 51, of Irma, died Thursday, July 21, 2011 at his home. He was born March 1, 1960 in Waukesha, WI, to the late Frederick H. and Shirley L. (David) Becker Sr. Fred worked as a Senior Master Mechanic for Breaman Merrill Ford Dealership, he had been a mechanic since he was 16. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, watching NASCAR races, camping, boating, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Fred was a member of the Buck Masters, the Northway Club and Ford Motor Company Professional Technician Society. Survivors include his four children, Amanda (Ryan) Page, Ogema, Heather (Nicholas) Sims, Greenfield, Amber (Michael) Blocker, Irma, and Jake Becker, Irma; six grandchildren, Landon, Sawyer, Danica, Amelia, Anabel and Mackensie, brother, David (Joan) Becker, Germantown; sister, Lynn (David) Tordsen, Irma, nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick & Shirley Becker Sr. Services will be held 12:00 PM Monday, July 25, 2011 at Waid Funeral Home. The Rev. Rodney Price will officiate. Visitation will be from 4-8 Sunday, July 24, 2011 and again from 11 12 PM Monday before the service, all at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Waid Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.waidfuneral.com.
