Mr. Jack C. Cummings age 82 of Grand Rapids went to be with the Lord on Wednesday August 15, 2012. Surviving are his wife Violet, children; Dennis (Belinda) Cummings, Jacalyn Raap, Vivian (Michael) Yskes, Cindy Bier, Janine (Jeff) Schullo, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, sisters: Marian Swainton, Jean (Corneilus) Schoen, Joy Linsley, Kathleen (Henry) Schoen, brother: Charles (Haeng) Cummings, sister-in-law, Joanne Koon, brother-in-law, Francis (Sharon) McGowan. He was preceded in death by his parents Irene and Elmer, brother, Paul, sisters Betty and Dorothy. Jack was a retiree of John B. Rossi Company after 40 years of service. Jack was a member of St. Isidore Church where the Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10:30am where he will repose one hour prior to the mass. Entombment Holy Cross Mausoleum. The family will receive visitors Sunday 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm at Arsulowicz Brothers Stocking Mortuary, 585 Stocking NW where a Rosary will be prayed Sunday at 8pm. Memorial contributions to St. Isidore Church will be appreciated.
