JOSHUA DAVID CALDWELL

Joshua David Caldwell, 25, of Sophia went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 18, 2012.
Born September 18, 1986 in Huntington, WV; he was the son of Mark and Debbie Bolen of Coal City and David and Angie Caldwell of Kenova, WV.
Josh attended Independence High School and Spring Valley High School; he was a coal miner and was previously employed by Massey Energy and Affinity Coal Company; he loved the outdoors; he was a competitive fisherman and a champion bow hunter. Josh was very kind hearted and gentle and was loved by all that knew him. Josh was a member of the Glen White Church of God.
In addition to his parents, those left to cherish his memory include his fiancée Melissa Williams of MacArthur; brother and sisters, Caleb Mark and Hannah Elise Bolen at home and Haley Nicole Caldwell of Kenova; he was the beloved grandson of Don and Gerry Light of Kenova, Rev. Kepple and Joyce Bolen of Coal City, Herbert and Fondalene Hay of Kenova; E.J. Marcum of Dunmore and Brenda Marcum of Kenova. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.
Services will be 3:00PM Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, 5251 Robert C. Byrd Drive, Beckley with Rev. Ken Wright and Rev. Kepple Bolen officiating. Following the services, Josh will be laid to rest at the Thompson Family Cemetery, Coal City. Family and friends will be serving as pallbearers.
Friends may gather from 12:00PM until 3:00PM Saturday, July 21, 2012 at the Kenova Church of God, Kenova and friends may also gather on Sunday, July 22, 2012 from 1:00PM until the time of the service at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley.
