Frizz...Kathaleenie weenie....O'Hara...so many names but that's how we rolled back then. I have so many fantastic memories of us growing up. Making sure we were in front of the TV every Monday night to watch "The Monkee's". Taking that crazy road trip to Philly. Going to see the "Brothers" every Sunday (I don't think it was for the Mass). But one of my fav's is snapping our underware to annoy Dewey when she tried to sleep. That was hilarious!! We

We were so brazen and you and Dewey started "borrowing" the family car so we could go out all night and get into trouble at Krispy Kreme!! I sincerely regret not being there for you at the end of your life. Had I known, I would have been by your side and made you laugh through it all. I'm sorry I never even knew you were sick. My life wouldn't have been the same without you and I will love you forever. See you in heaven (God knows we went to Mass enough that you must have made it there!!) My love to all the O'Hara's and I'm so sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful friend.

Kathleen ("Frizz" to many of us!) was so very kind to host a get together for everyone at The Cellar Club in Alexandria in 1991. It was the Hammond Class of 1971's 20th reunion. What a fun evening that was! Thank you, Frizz!! My thoughts and prayers are most sincerely extended to her family.

She was a sweet gal.

My strongest memory of Kathy is the day I wreck her bike into the massive crome bumper of a car......I didn't have a 26' wheel bike, so Kathy was nice enough to let me ride hers. It was on the second or third time around the block that I rode it right into that bumper, doing a half azzed flip around the handle bar.......ouch~! Next thing I knew, they were asking me if I was ok....lol........sheesshhhh....the childhood memories~!!!! Oh~! Kathy's

I forgot to say in my previous note two things.......How utterly appropriate for an Irish O'Hara to leave thiw world on St. Parick's Day. I do hope you were greeted with a drink !

For all those years, through high school and beyond we were inseparable---by then we added Sandy Caraveo and Kathleen Hughes. We were quite a fixture at the O'Hara home. As Karen and were talking

As Karen and were talking yesterday, we are so fortunate to have the memories we do of Kathleen, embedded with us for eternity. She was a treasure who made us laugh and we always had a great time. No one can take those times nor memories of her away from us.
As you can well guess, many of those memories just cannot be printed ! !
We were all so blessed to have had her in our lives and in our hearts and I am so terribly sorry she is no longer with us.
Mrs. O'Hara, my thoughts, my prayers and my condolences are with you, Maureen, Beth, John and Brian.
Kathleen is in a place of peace and once again with her Dad.

God Bless You Kathleen, thank you for being in my life and thank you for the many years of laughter. Maybe you can now bug someone else in heaven by playing songs with your under-wear elastic and not drive me crazy !
