Mrs. Lavada Louise Turner, 91, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2012 in Houston. Mrs. Turner was born on January 23, 1921 in Manning, Texas. She had been a long time associate of Blake Oil Company and had been an active member of the Crosby Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, Woodforest Baptist Church, and was active in the PTA when her children were in school. Louise is survived by her daughter Sharon Turner;daughter-in-law Laura McClary, granddaughter Julie and husband Steve Villani, and their sons Steve and Ben and her niece Judy Lockridge.. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, son Robert, daughter Barbara and grandson Bo. Visitation with the family will be held on Monday, July 30, 2012 at San Jacinto Funeral Home from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Johnny Brady officiating. Interment will follow in San Jacinto Memorial Park.
