Martin E. Krall 87, Weston died Monday, July 9, 2012 under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services at Kennedy Park Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Weston. He was born July 2, 1925 in Hogarty, son of the late Frank and Frances (Kreamer) Krall. On August 11, 1948 he married MaryAnn Dolezal in Antigo. She preceded him in death on November 3, 2009. Martin worked at the former Heiser Ready Mix and then retired from Wimmer Construction. Some of his favorite pastimes included hunting, fishing and taking an occasional trip to the casino but most dear to his heart was spending time with his wife MaryAnn and the rest of his family. He was very proud of building his home for MaryAnn and his children. Survivors include his children, Mary Jane Betts, Wausau, David (Betty) Krall, Marshfield, Tim Krall, Green Bay, Barb Krall, Weston and Mark (Lori) Krall, St. Germain, six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and one brother, Kenneth (Joan) Krall, Deerfield. Besides his parents and wife he was preceded in death by two sons, Robert and Phillip and his siblings, Dorothy, Agnes, Marion, Victoria, Verna, Frank and George. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Thursday July 12, 2012 at The Church of St. Anne, Wausau. The Rev. Alan Burkhardt will preside. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau and again on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church. There will be a rosary service at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to The Church of St. Anne. Online condolences may be expressed at www.petersonkraemer.com The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to all the caregivers at Kennedy Park Medical and Rehab Center and also the staff with Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services for the outstanding care and devotion that they all gave to Martin during the time he spent with them.
