Melissa Joy Miller, 43 of Brooksville passed away August 2, 2012 at Brooksville Regional. She was born in Melbourne, Florida but lived most of her life in Brooksville.
Melissa attended Faith Evangelical Presbyterian Church, was a member of the Junior Service League in Brooksville, and she loved going to the beach with her family and spend time at the family's River House.
She is predeceased by her sister, Carolyn Helen.
Melissa is survived by her husband Rod Miller of Brooksville; 2 daughters, Amanda Paige Miller and Lindsey Carolyn Miller of Brooksville; parents, Bob and Jan Knowles of Brooksville; sister, Kim Ryczek and her husband Barry of Spring Hill; brother, Bo Knowles and his wife Liz of Brooksville; mother-in-law, Rose Miller of Pensacola; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, August 11th at 4 p.m. at the home of Bob and Jan Knowles, 26287 Soult Road, Brooksville, 34601 with a gathering to follow after the service.
