Neil was born on September 22, 1938 and passed away on Sunday, February 12, 2012.

Neil was a resident of Menan, Idaho at the time of his passing.

He is survived by his wife Theda.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the Menan Stake Center, with Bishop Roger Clark, conducting. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Friday evening at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 W. Main Street, Rigby, and from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services Saturday, at the church. Burial will be in the Annis Little Butte Cemetery.
