Otheill “Lou” Blankenship, 75, of Brenton, passed away, Tuesday, April 06, 2010 following a short illness.

Born August 30, 1934 at Simon, WV, she was the daughter of the late Naman and Nora Trent Toler

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Neal Blankenship and her brother, Fred Toler.
Mrs. Blankenship attended the Four Winds Tabernacle at Justice. She enjoyed going to church, sitting on the porch, gospel music, yard sales and being with her family and friends.

Survivors include
3 sons - Paul Blankenship and his wife, Sharon of Clear Fork
Rocky Blankenship and his wife, Chastity of Beaver
Timmie Blankenship and his wife, Meredith of Baileysville

A daughter – Patsy Dunn and her husband, Tommy of Baileysville

3 brothers-Mike Toler of Cleveland, OH
Benny Toler of Baileysville
Johnny Toler of Lynchburg, VA

8 sisters-Delores Harvey and Cordie Toler of Cedar Creek
Porsha Scoglietti and Patricia Raleigh of Cleveland, OH
