Paul "Scotch" L. Klyzub
Age 52, of Frankfort, IL passed away on Sunday, August 19, 2012. Beloved son of Nellieann Klyzub nee Slater; loving husband of Colleen nee Kupec; cherished father of Jeremiah, William, Rebecca, and Hannah Klyzub; dear brother of Steve (Pam) Klyzub and Cheryl Durbon; brother-in-law of Pam and Karen Klyzub. Paul was preceded in death by his father: Arvid, and brother: Michael Klyzub. Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Wednesday, August 22nd, 2012 from 3:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral service, Thursday, August 23rd, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Chapel Hill Gardens South, Oak Lawn, IL.
