Ronnie Charles Allen, 65, of Central Point, Oregon, passed from life to be with the Lord, Saturday August 4, 2012. Ronnie was born August 31, 1946 to Frank and Marjorie (Anderson) Allen in Silverton, Oregon. He grew up in Valsetz, Springfield, and Salem, Oregon. Ronnie graduated from North Salem High School in 1965. He was a member of the Oregon Army National Guard. Ronnie had various jobs but his main occupation was as a mechanic. He worked as a service mechanic for Knife River (LTM) until his retirement.
Ronnie was a lifetime member (Golden Eagle) of the Fraternal Order of Eagles where he served many officer positions including President, 8 times; which was a record for #2093. He and his wife Marcia were the first couple to go through the chairs together. Ronnie married Marcia on February 3, 1973 in Klamath Falls, Oregon. They had many wonderful adventures during their marriage. They loved to travel, especially to Honolulu, Hawaii where he enjoyed his daily walks, the sunrises and sunsets. He loved camping, his family and his pets.
Ronnie is survived by his wife Marcia; his mother, Marjorie; his brother Gary of Henderson, NV.;nephews, Mark, Michael and Justin; nieces, Jill & Michelle; great-nephews, Jake, Zack, Tyler and James; great-nieces, Hannah, Sophie, Kayla and Kelsey; also two great-great nieces; many cousins and his uncle Bud.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frank; his grandparents and an aunt.
Ronnie, you were taken from us way to early. We are missing you so very much but we will meet again someday. I love you Sweetheart.
