Susan Fochtman age 53 of Kentwood was called to join God's choir of angels on Friday August 10, 2012. She was preceded in death by her father Donald. She is survived by her mother, Gertrude, six sisters, Jean Gavin and Dorothy (Ed) Alt of Coopersville, Mary Lou Momber of Conklin, Donna (Sam) Guthrie of Wyoming MI, Cindy (Jim) Monroe of Traverse City, Debra (Paul) Minott of Carmel, IN and two brothers, Thomas (Lesa) and James Fochtman of Grand Rapids, many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the staff of Eastern Avenue Thresholds Home and Faith Hospice. A Funeral Service will be held Monday at 2:00 pm at the Arsulowicz Brothers East Mortuary, 937 Michigan St NE, Father Lamar Partin CSsR officiating. Memorial contributions to Hope Network or The Arc Kent County will be appreciated.
