Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Terry Lee Larsen, age 57 of Santaquin, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2012 at Mtn. View Hospital.
He was born November 10, 1954 in Pamona, California to Whitey and Carol Sandin Larsen. He married Terrie Lynne Purkiss, November 23, 1974 in Panorama City, California. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Los Angeles LDS Temple.
Survivors include: his wife, of Santaquin; children, Mindy (Terry) Crow, Irvine, CA; Joshua (Melanie) Larsen, Oregon; Jonathon Larsen, Santaquin; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 31, 2012, 11:00 a.m., in the Santaquin 16th Ward, 260 South 580 East, where friends may call 9:45-10:45 a.m. Interment will be in the Santaquin City Cemetery.
