Tommy Lee "Pop" Watson, 65, of Romance, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord Friday, July 20, 2012. His greatest joy in recent years was watching his grandsons play ball and loving Alice, his wife of forty-one years. There was no challenge too hard for him.
Tommy is survived by his wife; his son, Tommy Lee (Wendy) Watson; two grandsons, Matt and Chase; two sisters, Eva (Edward) Hall and Reva (Neil) Neideck; brother-in-law Kenneth McKay; and several other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Betty McKay, brother, Freeland Watson, Jr. and his parents, Freeland and Bernice (Fowlkes) Watson.
The family would like to express their thanks to Searcy Oncology and Hospice Home Care.
Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 23, 2012, at Romance Cemetery.
