Virginia Dorothy Harper, 66, passed away on July 30, 2012 in Houston, Texas. Virginia was born on August 18, 1945 to Charles Strickland and Lorraine Cameron in Salem, Massachusetts. Virginia is survived by her husband; Ernest Harper, Son; Patrick Harper, Daughter; Shelia Noerr, Sisters; Jo Ann Brewer, Marie Baker, Mother; Lorraine Strickland and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
